How Pro turns on
Payments are processed by Stripe through Link, our merchant of record, which also sends your receipt. Check out with the email of the Google account you use in Sheets; Pro turns on within a minute (in the add-on, choose Restore purchase if it doesn't). One purchase covers one Google account. The add-on checks your email with Stripe at most once a day; your documents are never sent. See the privacy policy.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel a subscription any time at link.com or from your receipt; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Not happy? Email us within 14 days of a charge for a full refund. Details: Refunds.
