This policy covers the DTK Foundry add-ons for Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides and Google Calendar (the "add-ons"), the DTK Foundry actors on Apify, and this website.
What the add-ons access
- The open document only. Find and Replace with Regex and Statistics & Data Analysis request
access only to the document, spreadsheet or presentation you have open when you use them
(the
currentonlyscopes). They cannot see your other files. - Calendar events (Sheets to Calendar Sync only). This add-on creates, updates and reads the events it made in the calendar you choose. It does not read your other events.
- Your email address, only to link a paid plan to your account.
What we store
- Your document content is processed inside Google's Apps Script service while the add-on runs. We do not copy, store or send it to our servers or anyone else.
- Your settings and saved rules are stored in your own Google account (Apps Script user properties).
- If you buy a paid plan: your email is checked with our payment provider, Stripe, at most once a day, to see whether it has an active purchase. Stripe processes payments through Link as merchant of record under its own privacy policy.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
- We do not use data from Google APIs to train AI or machine-learning models.
- The add-ons' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access and data
You can remove an add-on's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Uninstalling removes the add-on; its saved settings stay in your Google account until you delete them. To delete purchase records we hold, email us (see Support).
Data actors on Apify
DTK Foundry actors run inside your own Apify account. Your inputs and results are stored in your Apify storage under Apify's terms and privacy policy; we do not sell or share them. Actors that call AI models (the AI Brand Visibility Tracker and the AI Web Scraper) send your prompts or page text to the model providers named on the actor's page, only to produce your results.
This website
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics of our own. GitHub may log visits as described in GitHub's privacy statement.
