By installing or using a DTK Foundry add-on you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the add-ons.

Use

You may use the add-ons with documents you are allowed to edit. You are responsible for your documents and for checking changes the add-ons make; keep a copy or use version history before large edits.

Free and paid plans

Each add-on has a free tier. Paid plans are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which handles billing, taxes and receipts. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the link in your receipt, and the paid features stay on until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds: see Support.

No warranty

The add-ons are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Statistical results are calculated in good faith but you are responsible for how you use them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, DTK Foundry is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for data loss in documents edited with the add-ons. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
